Buyers increasingly ask a model before they ask a search engine. Here is what that changes about how B2B technology companies earn inbound, and what stays exactly the same.

The shift
When a buyer asks a model a question about your category, something gets returned as the answer. That answer is assembled from sources the model trusts. Someone owns that answer. The question is whether it is you or a competitor.
What stays the same
The fundamentals do not move much:
- You still need to know what your buyers actually ask.
- You still need content that answers those questions credibly.
- You still need the technical foundations to be sound.
What we can verify
We only write about things we can verify. Where we are inferring rather than measuring, we say so.
